Defining Customer Invitations

The appearance of the customer invitations you can use to allow customers to register for your draws is completely definable by you. Below, we illustrate a sample card for the fictitious Presto Bistro restaurant that you can use as a base template for your own definition.

You can create customer invitations using any word processor so the layout is entirely up to you. We recommend that the customer invitation contains at least five elements:

• your company logo or other means of uniquely identifying your business,
• a description of the prize you're offering in the draw(s) you will be running,
• an explanation of how to subscribe to the service and participate in the draw(s),
• the terms and conditions associated with participation in the draw(s),
• the QR code that needs to be scanned to subscribe and/or re-enter the draw(s).
