The Confirmation Email

The following is a sample confirmation email. The definition is stored in the file labeled "Sample - Customer Confirmation.html". In this definition your facility's name and location are derived from your client profile and the logo is derived from the logo file identified in the same client profile.

Note the second paragraph where the subscriber gives permission for the use of the subscriber's name in contest notifications. This sentence should be included in any modification of the customer confirmation file if you are planning on using the consolation notification definition as supplied in the sample notifications included in the default configuration.
